Your bookings
Use your own prices and a realistic number of bookings.
Count paid visits or jobs, including repeat visits. For group bookings, count each paying client.
Average time for one paid booking. Add travel and admin separately below.
Average total charge for a visit or job. For hourly work, enter the total booking charge, not the hourly rate.
Profit you would like before tax and paying yourself. Leave at 0 to just check current earnings.
Spread your bookings across this many days.
Allow for holidays and quiet weeks. 46 is an editable planning assumption, not a forecast.
Time driving, preparing, taking bookings and doing paperwork.
Your costs
Enter your own estimates. £0 means no cost included — account for everything you expect to pay.
Treatment products, disposables and equipment upkeep. Set aside an average weekly amount. Do not enter your whole startup equipment purchase again.
Products and materials used for each additional booking. Do not count these again in weekly equipment costs.
Choose one method so fuel is not counted twice.
Business travel only, including parking. For goal bookings, this is spread over current bookings and increases with extra bookings.
Include wages and associated employer costs if you employ anyone, plus other costs paid while working. Otherwise leave at 0.

Per-client and daily figures are averages. Monthly profit is annual profit divided by 12, including time off. Insurance and monthly costs continue all year and are spread across working weeks.
Goal bookings round up to whole paid visits at the same charge. Per-booking supplies and travel increase with bookings; weekly equipment, staff and overheads stay fixed. Recheck those costs and available time before adding clients.
Please note: A planning estimate before tax and paying yourself, not guaranteed earnings or take-home pay. Includes only costs you enter. Keep income and costs on the same VAT basis. Startup purchases and loan repayments are not included.
