What the rules say
General foot care carries no statutory minimum qualification -- the hard line sits around the titles "podiatrist" and "chiropodist", which only HCPC-registered practitioners may use. Insurers, care homes and most professional bodies will nonetheless expect recognised training before they'll work with you. As a sole trader, public liability insurance stays optional in law but is close to essential given how hands-on this work is.
Quick answers

Many care homes across Llandaff North expect to see evidence of relevant training, insurance, and often a DBS check before letting a practitioner treat residents -- it's worth having these ready before approaching local homes.
Can I treat diabetic clients as a non-HCPC foot care practitioner in Llandaff North?
Many Foot Health Practitioners in Llandaff North do work with diabetic clients, but for complex or high-risk diabetic foot conditions it's standard practice to involve the client's GP or a registered podiatrist rather than treat alone.
How often do foot care clients in Llandaff North typically rebook?
